Puppy's First Groom

Gentle introduction to grooming for puppies aged 12–16 weeks. A short, positive experience to build confidence. Includes a mini bath, gentle brush, nail trim, and lots of treats and praise.

Common questions about our mobile grooming service

Do you need my water or electricity?

No. Our van is fully self-contained with its own hot water, power generator, and waste water tank. We don't need anything from you — just a parking space on your driveway or the street directly outside.

Where does the van park?

We park on your driveway if there's space, or on the street directly outside your home. Please ensure there's a suitable space available when we arrive. If parking is likely to be difficult, let us know in advance.

How long does a groom take?

A full groom typically takes 60–120 minutes depending on your dog's size, breed, and coat condition. Bath and dry services are shorter at around 40–75 minutes. We never rush — your dog gets as much time as they need.

Can you groom nervous dogs?

Absolutely — and mobile grooming is often the best option for nervous dogs. There are no other dogs around, no unfamiliar salon environment, and your dog is just steps from home. We take our time and work at your dog's pace.

How old does my puppy need to be?

We recommend puppies are at least 12 weeks old and have had their first vaccinations before their first groom. Our Puppy's First Groom is a gentle, introductory session to help them get used to the grooming process.

What areas do you cover?
