Services
We provide mobile dog grooming services as described on our website. Our groomer will attend your home in a fully equipped grooming van. The specific services available, their prices, and availability may change from time to time. We will always confirm the details of your booking before any service is provided.
Van Parking & Access
You are responsible for ensuring suitable parking is available for our grooming van, either on your driveway or on the street directly outside your home. If the van cannot park safely within reasonable distance, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Matting Policy
If your dog's coat is matted, our groomer will prioritise your dog's comfort and safety. This may mean a shorter clip than your usual style. A matting surcharge may apply for the additional time and care required. By booking, you acknowledge our matting policy as displayed on our website.
Travel Surcharges
Some areas outside our core coverage zone may incur a travel surcharge. This will be clearly shown during the booking process and included in your total price.
Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation via email and/or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. Our cancellation policy is displayed during booking.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. A deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your dog.
- Informing us of any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements your dog may have.
- Ensuring your dog's vaccinations are up to date.
- Ensuring suitable parking is available for the grooming van.
- Having your dog ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Behaviour & Safety
If your dog's behaviour poses a safety risk to our groomer, the groom may be stopped. You will be notified immediately. A charge may still apply for any work completed.
Photography
We may take before and after photographs of your dog for their grooming record. With your consent, these may be shared on our website and social media. You can opt out of social media sharing at any time.
Liability
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog whilst in our care. However, we cannot accept liability for any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries arising from your dog's own behaviour, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
